Do you love good food? Join in for an experience like no other, where you will laugh, learn and connect but most importantly have fun enjoying a Saturday night out.
This is no ordinary cooking class. It’s a soulful food experience that will leave your tastebuds begging for more, your tummies filled to the brim and your spirits lifted.
Participate as much as you want or sit back and relax as the night unfolds. Some people like to chop and some people like to watch, the choice is yours. And what’s a fabulous cooking session with surprise elements, ingredients and blind taste testing that will be sure to delight.
Our February Soul Food Session has brought together two outstanding foodies who intend to indulge each and everyone of your tastebuds. Chef Hayden Williams together with Food Scientist and one of Australia’s expert flavourists’, Thidawan Sa-Uram Brennan are both award-winning and passionate foodies. Together they will transport your taste buds into foodie heaven with their Asian theme.
Think mindfully delicious and highly nutritious authentic Thai street food and regional dishes. From steamed green tapioca dumplings filled with chicken, peanuts and secret herbs and learning how to make real authentic Som Tum salad to even more dishes that will become your family favourites (you’ll be privy to the recipes on the evening).
After our cooking session, we will sit around the communal table, share the fabulous dishes and connect with new friends, whilst enjoying fab music and a good laugh.
Tickets will be limited and will sell out quickly, so do something wonderful for yourself and grab your set now.
