Justine Williams is a sought after interviewee, speaker and creator of wellbeing programs for some of Australia’s most prominent companies.

Interviewed: With a combined reach of millions of listeners, Justine has been interviewed on Triple M radio (Victoria) on the power of Hypnotherapy, the Kate Toon podcast on mindfulness, Mammamia’s Lady Start-Ups on anxiety and starting a business and Health Space on Clinical Hypnotherapy, anxiety and inner peace to name a few.

Speaking Events: Justine was asked to be the 2020 inspirational speaker at Dell Technologies whilst also delivering one of her award winning HypMeditations®. After the success of the first speaking event, Justine was asked to create a second event and spoke to over 350 Dell employees. 

In that same year, Justine was asked by the Zonta Group to be the guest speaker at a breakfast whilst also delivering tools and techniques for inner calm to the front line workers of domestic violence. Those frontline workers consisted of teams from: Northern Beaches Police, North Shore Police, Catholic Care, Relationships Australia, Northern Beaches Council, Tafe NSW, Northern Sydney Health, Community Northern Beaches and Support Services. Justine went on to create a 16 days of Self Care program for the attendee’s.

Learn to Meditate - Introduction

NO. 1

This 90 minute course will allow your team to sample a selection of meditation styles to discover what resonates with them. Learning the basics of how to set a meaningful meditation in addition to understanding the benefits of mediation will help lay a solid foundation.

This course offers lessons in a variety of styles of meditation in order to allow each team member to create a personalised toolbox that works best for them. Learn mindfulness, mantra, breath, stress management techniques and more.

The 2 Hour Express Retreat

Allow your team to step away from the day to day grind for 2 hours and return to work feeling uplifted and refreshed. Plant the seeds for clarity and calm and allow them to connect to their inner potential.

Enjoy guided meditation, restorative yoga and HypMeditation®. Before floating back to the office, each attendee will also have the opportunity to relax with a naturopathic Oovio tea, organic chocolate and berries.
