We are passionate about supporting people within the workplace and aspire to create an environment that allows individuals to thrive. Using proven stress management techniques or by creating a retreat specific to your workplace, we teach people to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm so that each member of your team can feel uplifted, better focused and enjoy a renewed sense of wellbeing.

As team members in any organisation, we fundamentally want to create good work and feel a part of something greater than ourselves. However, internal stresses, deadlines, and challenging situations coupled with what is happening in our private lives can impact our ability to remain enthusiastic, motivated and calm.

After a 22 year career working for Australia’s media giants in sales, marketing, management and strategy, Justine has a thorough understanding of the challenges that team members can experience and has created a set of tools, retreats and workshops to support a happier and more productive work life.

Learn to Meditate - Introduction

NO. 1

This 90 minute course will allow your team to sample a selection of meditation styles to discover what resonates with them. Learning the basics of how to set a meaningful meditation in addition to understanding the benefits of mediation will help lay a solid foundation.

This course offers lessons in a variety of styles of meditation in order to allow each team member to create a personalised toolbox that works best for them. Learn mindfulness, mantra, breath, stress management techniques and more.

Learn to Meditate - 4 Week Course or 4 Hour Course

The 2 Hour Express Retreat

NO. 3

Allow your team to step away from the day to day grind for 2 hours and return to work feeling uplifted and refreshed. Plant the seeds for clarity and calm and allow them to connect to their inner potential.

Enjoy guided meditation, restorative yoga and HypMeditation®. Before floating back to the office, each attendee will also have the opportunity to relax with a naturopathic Oovio tea, organic chocolate and berries.
